Privacy policy
Who we are
Fashion Line 575 operates fashionline575.com. If you have a question about this policy, email fashionline575@gmail.com.
Our online store runs on Shopify
Our shop is hosted by Shopify Inc. Shopify stores our product, order and customer data on its servers and processes it on our behalf. When you use our site, Shopify is processing your data as well as us. Shopify publishes its own privacy policy, and it applies alongside this one.
What we collect, and when
When you browse — automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, screen size, the pages you view, how long you stay, and which site referred you. Shopify sets cookies to keep your session and your cart working. Some of these cookies are strictly necessary for the shop to function at all.
When you buy — because we need it to sell you something: your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number if you give us one, and the contents of your order.
What we do NOT receive: your full card number. Card details go directly to our payment processor and are processed by them. We never see, store or have access to your full card number. We can see the last four digits and the card brand, which is what appears on the order record.
When you email us: your email address and whatever you write to us.
Why we are allowed to have it
- To fulfil your order — this is the main one. We cannot ship a parcel without an address.
- To provide customer support — answering your emails, handling refunds.
- To prevent fraud — Shopify and our payment processor screen orders for fraud signals.
- To meet legal and tax obligations — order and payment records must be retained.
- To improve the shop — aggregate analytics about which pages people visit.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information with the service providers described below to run the store, process payments, fulfil and deliver orders, and support analytics and advertising.
| Who | What they get | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Shopify | everything above | hosts and runs the store |
| Our payment processor | payment and billing details | to take payment |
| Trendsi and the suppliers fulfilling your order | your name, shipping address, and what you ordered | to prepare, pack and ship your order |
| Carriers (postal services, USPS) | name, address, tracking | to deliver the parcel |
| Law enforcement | only where legally required | legal obligation |
Our suppliers fulfil orders on our behalf. We share the delivery and order details needed to prepare and send your parcel. Most of our items ship from warehouses outside the United States, so these details are sent outside the United States.
Analytics and advertising
We use Shopify's built-in analytics to understand visits to our store and how people use it.
We also use PagePilot: AI Page Builder, which has a browser-based tracking tool connected to this store. The tool can receive device and browsing information, including your IP address, browser and operating system, browsing activity and a cookie identifier.
Our TikTok connection shares website activity through browser and server connections for advertising measurement and targeting. Supported activities include product views, additions to the cart, checkout starts and purchases. The information shared depends on the connection's enabled features and settings.
Browser cookie controls can limit browser tracking, but do not by themselves stop information sent through a server connection. For questions or requests about analytics or advertising data, email fashionline575@gmail.com.
Cookies
Shopify uses cookies for functions such as your session, cart and security. Analytics and advertising tools may also use cookies and similar identifiers. Your browser can block or delete cookies, although doing so can affect store functions. Browser controls do not by themselves stop server-based data sharing.
How long we keep things
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and warranty purposes — at least seven years for tax records. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can email fashionline575@gmail.com and ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. We will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you and we will not make the shop worse for you because you asked.
If you are in California you have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. Note that under California law, using an advertising pixel can count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising — you may opt out by emailing fashionline575@gmail.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”, and we will exclude you.
If you are in the EU or UK — we do not currently ship there, but if you have contacted us, you have GDPR/UK-GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection.
Children
This shop is not intended for anyone under 18, and our products are not marketed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted with HTTPS. Payment card data goes directly to our payment processor and never touches our systems. No online service can promise perfect security, and we are not going to pretend otherwise — but we do not hold the data that would be most damaging to lose.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date below. Material changes — such as switching the advertising pixel on — will be described in this section, not slipped in silently.
