1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and Fashion Line 575, trading as Fashion Line 575, operating fashionline575.com. By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not order.

2. Our shop runs on Shopify

The store is hosted by Shopify Inc. Their platform terms apply to the operation of the site in addition to ours.

3. Where we ship

United States only. We do not currently accept orders for delivery outside the US.

4. Products, images and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Product photographs are supplied by our manufacturing partners. Colours can look different on different screens, and there may be small variations between a photograph and the item you receive.

If what you receive does not match what was shown, that is on us — tell us and we will refund or replace it under the Refund & Returns Policy. We would rather hear about it than have you write us off.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and include no hidden fees.
The price you see is the price you pay at checkout, apart from shipping and any sales tax shown at checkout before you pay.
We may get a price wrong. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will email you if that happens.
Payment is taken when you place the order.
We do not display “was / now” comparison prices. If you see a price on this site, it is the price — we do not invent a higher number to strike through.

6. Availability

Listing a product is not a guarantee that we can supply it. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will cancel it and refund you in full. We will not substitute a different item without asking you first.

7. Delivery times

Delivery estimates on this site are estimates, not guarantees. See the Shipping & Delivery page for the windows and how they were arrived at.

Our only timing commitment is that we will ship your order — hand it to a carrier — within 5 business days, or contact you before that deadline with a revised shipping date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

We do not guarantee a delivery date and we do not promise arrival by any particular date, holiday or occasion.

8. Your account and your conduct

You do not need an account to buy. If you create one, keep your password to yourself. Do not use this site to break the law, to defraud us, or to place orders you do not intend to pay for. We may refuse or cancel any order, and we will refund you if we do.

9. Intellectual property

The text, layout and original images on this site belong to us. Product images supplied by our partners belong to their owners. Please do not copy the site wholesale.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under any consumer protection law that applies to you. If you have statutory consumer rights, these terms do not take them away.

11. Product safety and intended use

Our products are general consumer goods intended for adults. They are not children’s products and are not intended, marketed or safe for use by children. Please keep small parts and electrical items away from children. Use electrical items in accordance with the instructions supplied.
